You’ll work in a collaborative environment that values analytical thinking, continuous improvement, and professional growth while supporting a global organization with a strong purpose.Key Responsibilities for the Senior Financial Planning & Analysis Analyst Role:Lead financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis to support organizational decision-making.Develop financial models, dashboards, KPIs, and scenario planning tools to provide actionable business insights.Oversee budget development and maintenance, including coordination with budget owners, system administration, and financial analysis.Support month-end and year-end close processes, prepare journal entries, and ensure compliance with GAAP and organizational policies.Partner with finance leadership on executive reporting, cash forecasting, cost modeling, donor/grant analysis, and special projects.Qualifications for the Senior Financial Planning & Analysis Analyst:Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field with 6+ years of progressive experience in FP&A, Accounting, or Finance.Strong experience with NetSuite Planning & Budgeting (NSPB), advanced Excel skills, and financial modeling/reporting.Background in a nonprofit, grant-funded, multi-donor, humanitarian, or international organization; Unit4 ERP experience is a strong plus.Timing is everything.
