Associate Attorney

Associate Attorney, Creditors' Rights (Foreclosure, Bankruptcy, and Collections) – Remote/Hybrid Salary: $90,000 - $140,000 per year. Job Description Manage a caseload of foreclosure, bankruptcy, and collections matters from initiation through resolution. Represent clients, primarily mortgage servicers and lenders, at court hearings and proceedings. Draft and review pleadings, motions, and other legal filings ensuring compliance with state and federal standards, including FDCPA requirements. Communicate directly with clients to provide case status updates and strategic guidance. Work closely with paralegals and case managers within the firm’s centralized case management structure. Stay current on changes to state foreclosure, bankruptcy, and collections law that could affect ongoing matters.
