DPP is seeking a Business Analyst for an opportunity with our client in the Motor Vehicle Manufacturing industry. Work location: Onsite in Alpharetta, GA Duration: 12 months Terms: W2 contract; possibility to go contract to hire Position description:

The Business Analyst provides general support to the Strategic Collaboration Team Lead & DMS (Data Management Systems) leadership to enable effective DMS division business planning and operational success. This position serves as a developmental role, building foundational business planning, operational performance reporting, strategy, and stakeholder engagement skills while supporting division-level initiatives and continuous improvement efforts.

Key accountabilities:

• Successful monthly division level operational performance meetings (QCD) and follow up output
• Tracking of division non-compliance items to remediation
• Execution and tracking of engagement activities as assigned

Required knowledge, skills, and abilities:

• Minimum educational requirement: college-level Associate and/or Bachelor's degree program.
• At least 3 or more years of applicable experience in a business, analytical, financial, operational, or planning support role
• Experience supporting business operations, planning cycles, reporting activities, or cross-functional initiatives in a corporate or professional environment is preferred
• Familiar with full lifecycle SDLC
• Proficiency in using data visualization tools
• SQL coding
• Required scripting language exp: Python

Preferred knowledge, skills, and abilities:

• Highly desirable: Power BI, Tableau
• Desirable: Familiarity with Microsoft PowerApps / Power Automate
• Prior experience with Clarity and Apptio will be an asset
