Judit Inc., a Women-Owned, GSA Schedule–holding workforce solutions firm, is building a ready-to-deploy roster of disaster response professionals to staff Points of Distribution (PODs) supporting Florida's State Emergency Response Team (SERT) operations. PODs are drive-through sites that distribute life-sustaining commodities like water, ice, MREs, and tarps to communities after hurricanes and other emergencies.

Open Positions

Leadership

• Team Leader:  Manages Field Team

Field Team

• Forklift Operator: Moves pallets to and from resupply trucks and restocks the loading line. Certification required.
• Pallet Jack Operator: Moves pallets to the loading line and clears empties. Equipment qualification required.
  
• Loader: Loads set quantities of water, ice, MREs, and tarps directly into customer vehicles and coordinates line resupply.

What We're Looking For

All roles

• Ability to work outdoors in Florida heat for extended shifts
• Ability to stand, walk, and lift repeatedly (field roles: up to [50] lbs)
• Availability to deploy on short notice during activations
• Reliable, follows direction, and stays calm in high-pressure environments
• Willingness to sign in and out daily and follow site payroll and attendance procedures

Role-specific

• Forklift Operators: Current OSHA-compliant forklift certification required.
• Pallet Jack Operators: Documented equipment training or certification required.

Preferred for all roles: Prior disaster response, FEMA, Red Cross, or emergency management experience. Valid driver's license.
