Part-Time IT Support SpecialistSafe & Secure HealthcareSafe & Secure Healthcare is seeking a dependable and technically skilled Part-Time IT Support Specialist to provide day-to-day technology support for our employees and operations.This position is ideal for someone who enjoys troubleshooting, helping employees solve technology problems, and keeping computers, phones, software, and other systems running smoothly.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide technical support to employees experiencing computer, software, email, printer, phone, and connectivity issues.Set up computers, laptops, mobile devices, printers, and other technology for new and existing employees.Create and maintain employee user accounts, passwords, permissions, and system access.Assist with onboarding and offboarding employees from company technology systems.Install and troubleshoot software and hardware.Support Microsoft 365, email, cloud-based applications, and other company systems.Maintain an inventory of computers, phones, and other IT equipment.Help ensure company devices and systems follow appropriate security practices.Coordinate with outside IT vendors when issues require additional support.Document recurring problems and develop simple instructions for employees.Assist management with technology projects and implementation of new systems.QualificationsPrevious IT support, help desk, systems administration, or similar experience preferred.Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.Familiarity with Windows computers, Microsoft 365, mobile devices, printers, Wi-Fi/networking, and cloud-based applications.Ability to explain technical issues clearly to non-technical employees.Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.Ability to work independently and appropriately handle confidential company information.Position: Part-TimeSchedule: Flexible, approximately 1020 hours per weekCompany: Safe & Secure HealthcareWe're looking for someone who is responsive, patient, organized, and willing to solve problems.
