Salario y Beneficios- $16–$18 por hora + Bono mensual por participación en las ganancias (basado en el desempeño)

Lo Que Harás
- Administrar las cuentas de los clientes y trabajar de manera proactiva para mantenerlas al día.
- Analizar la actividad de las cuentas y determinar las soluciones más adecuadas.
- Comunicarte con clientes, referencias y propietarios de viviendas.
- Cobrar y procesar pagos con precisión, tanto en la tienda como durante visitas en el campo.
- Mantener documentación y registros de cuentas precisos y actualizados.
- Realizar visitas de campo de manera profesional y eficiente.
- Resolver las inquietudes de los clientes mientras proteges los estándares de la empresa.
- Alcanzar y superar las metas de desempeño relacionadas con la cobranza y la retención de clientes.
- Diploma de escuela secundaria o GED.
- Se prefiere al menos 1 año de experiencia en cobranza, ventas al por menor o puestos enfocados en el servicio al cliente.
- Excelentes habilidades de comunicación y resolución de conflictos.
- Persona organizada, con gran atención a los detalles.
- Automotivada, responsable y orientada a resultados.
- Capacidad para utilizar sistemas informáticos para administrar cuentas.
- Licencia de conducir válida con un historial de manejo asegurable.
- Disponibilidad para viajar localmente para realizar visitas a clientes.
- Capacidad para levantar hasta 25 libras (con ayuda para artículos más pesados).
- Tiempo completo (40 horas por semana ), con una semana laboral de 5 días .
- Lunes a viernes: 10:00 a. m. – 7:00 p. m.
Sábados: 10:00 a. m. – 6:00 p. m. (obligatorio)
Domingos: Cerrado. - Los horarios pueden variar según las necesidades del negocio.
