Salario y Beneficios

Lo Que Hars
- Administrar las cuentas de los clientes y trabajar de manera proactiva para mantenerlas al da.
- Analizar la actividad de las cuentas y determinar las soluciones ms adecuadas.
- Comunicarte con clientes, referencias y propietarios de viviendas.
- Cobrar y procesar pagos con precisin, tanto en la tienda como durante visitas en el campo.
- Mantener documentacin y registros de cuentas precisos y actualizados.
- Realizar visitas de campo de manera profesional y eficiente.
- Resolver las inquietudes de los clientes mientras proteges los estndares de la empresa.
- Alcanzar y superar las metas de desempeo relacionadas con la cobranza y la retencin de clientes.
Lo Que Buscamos
- Diploma de escuela secundaria o GED.
- Se prefiere al menos 1 ao de experiencia en cobranza, ventas al por menor o puestos enfocados en el servicio al cliente.
- Excelentes habilidades de comunicacin y resolucin de conflictos.
- Persona organizada, con gran atencin a los detalles.
- Automotivada, responsable y orientada a resultados.
- Capacidad para utilizar sistemas informticos para administrar cuentas.
- Licencia de conducir vlida con un historial de manejo asegurable.
- Disponibilidad para viajar localmente para realizar visitas a clientes.
- Capacidad para levantar hasta 25 libras (con ayuda para artculos ms pesados).
Horario
- Tiempo completo (40 horas por semana), con una semana laboral de 5 das.
- Lunes a viernes: 10:00 a. m. 7:00 p. m. Sbados: 10:00 a. m. 6:00 p. m. (obligatorio) Domingos: Cerrado.
- Los horarios pueden variar segn las necesidades del negocio.
