Agency Attorney II - Real Estate & HUD Development

The New York City Housing Authority (NYCHA) Law Department's Real Estate & Economic Development Division handles legal work for real estate development, land use, and leasing for housing projects. The selected candidate will negotiate and draft complex documents, provide guidance on HUD programs, and review title and regulatory matters.
