Job Opportunity: PRN Occupational Therapist

Our organization is looking for a PRN Occupational Therapist to provide exceptional, patient-focused care at our facilities located in the Dallas area. In this position, you will be responsible for conducting assessments, creating evidence-informed treatment strategies, and delivering hands-on therapy aimed at assisting patients in regaining their independence in everyday tasks.

You will work in close collaboration with a multidisciplinary team, offer education to both patients and their families, and maintain accurate documentation of care in the electronic medical record (EMR) system.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough evaluations of patients' needs.
• Develop and implement evidence-based treatment plans.
• Provide direct therapy to support patients in achieving functional independence.
• Collaborate with a diverse team of healthcare professionals.
• Educate patients and their families about treatment processes and goals.
• Document all care activities accurately in the EMR.

Requirements and Qualifications:

• Valid Occupational Therapy license.
• Experience in a clinical setting preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively within a team environment.
