Job Opportunity: Occupational Therapist
Our organization is in search of an Occupational Therapist who is dedicated to providing empathetic, evidence-informed care within a faith-oriented, patient-focused environment. The role involves:
- Conducting thorough assessments of patients
- Creating tailored treatment plans
- Implementing hands-on interventions aimed at enhancing function, safety, and independence in everyday tasks
- Working collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team
- Educating patients and their families
- Maintaining accurate documentation of care in the electronic medical record (EMR)
