Technical Recruiter

We are seeking motivated Technical Recruiters to support high-volume hiring for infrastructure and technology-focused positions. This role is centered on proactive talent sourcing, Boolean search strategy, candidate engagement, and pipeline development. The ideal candidate is experienced in sourcing technical talent, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and is passionate about delivering quality candidates. Key Responsibilities Source and identify qualified technical candidates using Boolean searches, AI sourcing tools, and various recruiting platforms. Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines for high-volume technical hiring initiatives. Conduct candidate phone screenings to evaluate qualifications, experience, and interest. Develop and execute effective sourcing strategies to attract passive and active talent. Manage candidate information and recruiting activities within the applicant tracking system. Collaborate with recruiting teams to ensure a seamless candidate experience throughout the sourcing process. Track recruiting metrics including candidate outreach, phone screens, interviews, and hires. Maintain accurate documentation and ensure timely communication with candidates throughout the hiring process. Quickly adapt to changing hiring priorities while meeting established recruiting goals and performance expectations. Required Qualifications Minimum of 1–3 years of technical recruiting or sourcing experience. Strong experience building advanced Boolean search strings and sourcing strategies. Experience recruiting for technical, engineering, infrastructure, or information technology positions. Proficiency using applicant tracking systems and modern sourcing platforms. Familiarity with AI-enabled sourcing tools and recruiting technologies. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, metrics-driven environment. Comfortable working onsite five days per week. Preferred Qualifications Experience sourcing talent for data center, infrastructure, engineering, construction, or supply chain positions. Experience recruiting for high-volume technical hiring programs. Proven success meeting recruiting performance metrics. Experience building talent pipelines for specialized technical skill sets.
