Team members join a mission‑driven environment focused on growth, integrity, and practical results. Role Description This is a full‑time, on‑site Real Estate Agent role based in Scottsdale, AZ. The Real Estate Agent will prospect and cultivate leads, schedule and conduct property showings, and guide clients through residential and/or commercial real estate transactions. Daily responsibilities include managing listings, preparing and presenting offers, coordinating inspections and appraisals, and supporting clients through negotiations and closing. The role also involves maintaining up‑to‑date market knowledge, preparing comparative market analyses, and collaborating closely with internal sales and training teams to apply 7th Level’s “New Model” of Selling in all client interactions. The Real Estate Agent will maintain accurate records in CRM systems, provide consistent follow‑up, and deliver high‑quality service aligned with company values. Qualifications Active Real Estate License in the state of Arizona, with a solid understanding of Real Estate principles and Real Property regulations. Strong Sales skills, including lead generation, consultative selling, negotiation, and closing capabilities. Demonstrated Customer Service skills, with the ability to build trust, listen actively, and communicate clearly with diverse clients. Knowledge of local Scottsdale, AZ real estate markets, including pricing trends, inventory, and neighborhood insights. Ability to work on‑site, manage a flexible schedule (including evenings and weekends as needed), and handle multiple transactions simultaneously. Proficiency with CRM tools, digital listing platforms, and basic office software (email, spreadsheets, presentations). High level of professionalism, ethical conduct, and commitment to 7th Level’s “New Model” of Selling and client‑centered approach.
