Senior Services Learning Trainer

Senior Services Learning Trainer at Intuitive Surgical develops training content and curricula for robotic surgery platforms, including web-based modules, instructor-led courses, and virtual sessions. The role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to support customer education and continuous improvement of technical product training.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop training content for da Vinci and Ion platforms across multiple delivery formats
• Facilitate instructor-led, blended, virtual, and eLearning courses for internal and external customers
• Conduct training needs analysis with subject matter experts and develop certification criteria
• Collaborate with multimedia teams to create instructional media assets and modify learning materials
• Lead continuous process improvement initiatives and mentor cross-functional team members

Requirements

• Associate degree or higher in training, manufacturing, engineering, or educational development
• Minimum 4+ years experience in training, content development, customer service, or technical support
• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills with self-directed learning ability
• Strong verbal and written communication with cross-functional collaboration capability
• Experience with regulatory compliance, quality documentation, and controlled environment workflows
• Familiarity with adult learning methodologies and project management
• Ability to perform physical duties including standing extended periods and heavy lifting
