Transportation Manager

Sodexo is seeking a Transportation Manager to support a client in King of Prussia, PA. Lead daily transportation operations, supervising 10 drivers across first and second shifts to provide safe, reliable service. Manage fleet readiness, maintenance, safety compliance, scheduling, training, and performance. Partner with clients to improve operations, enhance service, investigate incidents, and drive continuous improvement. You'll oversee transportation operations, ensuring safe, compliant, and on-time deliveries while leading a team focused on precision, accountability, and service excellence. Accountable for managing people, setting direction and deploying resources; typically is responsible for performance evaluation, pay reviews and hire/fire decisions. Results are primarily achieved through the work of others and typically depend on the manager's ability to influence and negotiate with parts of the organization. Progression within Career Band reflects acquisition of broad technical expertise, business and industry knowledge, and process and people leadership capabilities.
