Forklift Driver / Warehouse Associate

Pay: $19.00–$19.96/hour

Hours: Wednesday–Saturday; 5:00 AM–3:30 PM

Location: Baytown, TX 77523

Overview: We are seeking a dependable Warehouse Associate / Forklift Driver to support warehouse operations in a fast-paced distribution environment. This role is responsible for receiving and shipping freight, replenishing inventory, operating powered equipment, and maintaining a safe and organized warehouse.

Job Description:

• Receive, unload, and ship inbound and outbound freight while ensuring inventory accuracy.
• Replenish inventory in designated warehouse and self-service areas.
• Pick and prepare customer orders accurately and efficiently.
• Operate powered warehouse equipment including forklifts and powered pallet jacks.
• Utilize warehouse technology and inventory management systems to track products and transactions.
• Perform material handling, stocking, and inventory support activities.
• Operate cardboard balers and other warehouse equipment safely.
• Follow all safety, security, and operational procedures.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
• Assist with additional warehouse duties as assigned.

Required Skills:

• Minimum 2 years of warehouse, logistics, distribution, or related experience.
• Forklift experience required.
• Ability to obtain certification on powered mobile equipment if not already certified.
• Experience operating material handling equipment such as forklifts or pallet jacks.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to inventory accuracy.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Basic computer and technology skills.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly.
• Ability to stand, walk, sit, bend, and move throughout the shift.
