Post Closing SpecialistPrimary responsibilities include preparing real estate loans to ensure they are closed in conformance with all underwriting guidelines. Post-Closing prepares loans for booking and settlement with agencies, tracks and clears post close file exceptions.ResponsibilitiesEssential Duties and Responsibilities:Performs post audit review of secondary market loans based upon regulatory agency and investor requirements.Prepares files for other audits of secondary market loans.Disbursement of all residential mortgage loans.Reconciliation of all HUD/Settlement Statements with FICS.Mailing customer survey letters.Coordinating trailing documents to outside investorsReviewing all mortgage loans for compliance following QC checklist.Provide exceptional customer service to both internal and external customers.QualificationsTo perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
