Mastercam Applications Engineer

: Prototek Engineering is a small innovative company dedicated to the sales, training and support of Mastercam CAD/CAM software to machine shops and manufacturers throughout Minnesota, Wisconsin and the Dakotas. Our clients can range from home based machine shops to Fortune 500 manufacturing companies in the Medical, Automotive and Aerospace industries. We have been in business 25 years and support over 700 customers out of our offices in the southwest suburb of Chaska, Minnesota. Position Summary: ** Please do not apply for this job if you have no Mastercam experience Provide Technical Support, Training and Post Processor development for Mastercam software and related integrated products. Meet with decision-makers, establish value propositions and build ongoing relationships Ability to work as a team with Mastercam Applications Engineers and Sales staff Qualifications and Responsibilities: Represent our core values of honesty first, excellence through diligence and consistent responsiveness to client needs. Related experience with Mastercam, and/or SolidWorks software. Familiarity with Mfg operations, Quality control, CNC Machine shop technologies and software Excellent communicator, both verbal and written with a wide range of people No fear of speaking in front of groups of clients and new contacts.
