About the Role

We are hiring a Learning Support Coordinator to support the day-to-day operations of employee training and development programs within a large financial services organization.

This is a hands-on coordination role for someone who enjoys keeping training programs organized, working with data, and supporting both learners and facilitators. You'll help schedule courses, maintain training records, coordinate logistics, update learning systems, and create reports using Excel.

This could be a great fit for someone with experience in training coordination, education administration, program coordination, learning systems, or other roles involving course scheduling and reporting.

What You'll Do

• Coordinate training sessions, course schedules, facilitators, classrooms, and learning resources
• Create and maintain course offerings within a Learning Management System (LMS)
• Manage training rosters, attendance, completion records, and related documentation
• Support course setup, learning paths, curricula, and training schedules
• Prepare and maintain reports, trackers, and training data using Microsoft Excel
• Coordinate classroom technology, equipment, and other resources needed for training sessions
• Communicate schedules, updates, and learning information to employees, facilitators, and business partners
• Provide administrative support before, during, and after training events
• Assist with basic troubleshooting of classroom or learning technology
• Manage multiple requests and changing priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Help identify and resolve scheduling, system, or training-support issues

What We're Looking For

• 2+ years of experience in training coordination, learning and development support, education administration, program coordination, scheduling, or a related role
• Strong Microsoft Excel skills, including experience working with spreadsheets, reporting, and data
• Experience with pivot tables; exposure to text-to-columns, formulas, or macros is a plus
• Experience using a Learning Management System (LMS)
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
• Clear written and verbal communication skills
• Comfortable working with employees, facilitators, managers, and other internal stakeholders

You May Be a Great Fit If You've Worked As a

Training Coordinator, Learning Coordinator, Education Coordinator, Program Coordinator, Training Administrator, LMS Coordinator, Instructional Services Coordinator, Learning Operations Coordinator, or similar role.

A traditional Human Resources background is not required. We're especially interested in candidates who have experience coordinating courses or training programs and are comfortable working extensively in Excel.
