Shift Type: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM

Hours per Week: 40

Candidate Pay Rate: $52 - $36.4 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide physical therapy treatments under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist
Assist patients with therapeutic exercises, gait training, and mobility programs to restore function
Monitor and document patient progress with precision and care
Educate patients and caregivers on home exercise programs for continued recovery
Collaborate with the interdisciplinary healthcare team to optimize patient outcomes

Qualifications

Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program
Active Missouri PTA License (or eligibility to obtain)
Strong communication and teamwork skills to thrive in a collaborative environment

Education

Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program

Knowledge & Skills

Therapeutic exercises and rehabilitation techniques
Gait training and mobility program implementation
Patient documentation and progress tracking
Patient education and caregiver training
Effective communication and teamwork in a healthcare setting
