Senior Sales Operations Specialist (Inside Sales Support)
Location: Los Angeles, CA | On?Site | Monday-Friday
We are seeking a Senior Sales Operations Specialist to support a Sales Manager and drive seamless execution of the sales process from ideation through final delivery. This is a high?visibility, in?house role ideal for a detail?oriented sales support professional who thrives in a fast?paced, cross?functional environment.
The Senior Sales Operations Specialist plays a critical role in supporting sales operations and ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and coordination across all stages of the sales lifecycle. You will serve as a key liaison between Sales, Creative, Marketing, Order Management, and Purchasing teams while maintaining professional relationships with retail customers.
- Provide end?to?end sales operations support for a Sales Manager and sales team
- Manage and track new product development timelines and deliverables
- Coordinate closely with cross?functional teams, including Creative, Marketing, Order Management, and Purchasing
- Prepare, process, and manage sales quotations using Oracle
- Monitor sales order progress to ensure accuracy, timeliness, and customer satisfaction
- Maintain professional communication with internal teams and external retail partners
This role is ideal for a sales operations professional looking to take ownership of processes, collaborate across departments, and support strategic sales initiatives in a stable, in?house environment.
