Preconstruction Coordinator

Position Summary Support the estimating and preconstruction team by coordinating subcontractor outreach, bid documentation, and proposal logistics. Key Responsibilities Responsible for setting up the project on cloud storage, internal software programs and any additional cloud-based platforms utilized for solicitation of bids. Distribute bid invitations, manage coverage, and follow up with vendors. Track responses, addenda, and subcontractor communications. Assist with scope review meetings and proposal assembly. Maintain subcontractor database and document control systems. Identify and prequalify new subcontractors. Support preconstruction team logistics and administrative needs. Qualifications & Requirements 2–5 years of administrative, estimating support, or coordination experience. Excellent verbal communication and follow-up skills. Strong organizational ability and proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Outlook. Familiarity with construction trades and terminology preferred.
