ABOUT OUR AGENCY: I opened my agency in 2018 and currently lead a close-knit team of four. Before becoming an agent, I worked as a State Farm team member, giving me firsthand experience with the business and a clear vision for the type of agency I wanted to build. Outside of work, I'm a proud parent of three kids, ages 14, 11, and 8, and my background as a college athlete has shaped the competitive, team-oriented mindset I bring to the office.

ROLE DESCRIPTION: Jeff Sallee - State Farm Agent is a leading insurance agency dedicated to providing exceptional service to our customers. We are currently seeking a dynamic individual to join our team as a Receptionist - State Farm Agent Team Member.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Greet customers warmly in person and over the phone, directing them to the appropriate team members.
• Manage appointment scheduling and office communications.
• Assist in handling incoming inquiries and maintaining customer records.
• Engage in conversations with prospective and existing customers, identifying opportunities to offer insurance options.
• Provide excellent customer service and follow up on customers needs.
• Support the team with various administrative tasks and projects.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role.
• Communication and interpersonal skills.
• Organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Comfortable with engaging in sales conversations.
• Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office and CRM systems.

Compensación: $45,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
