This position is part of a rapidly growing program and will assist with care coordination, research studies, provide patient and family education, scheduling, triage, assist with procedures, and collaborate with a multi-disciplinary innovative care team committed to innovation and improving patient outcomes. This is a high volume fast-paced Magnet designated clinic. We are seeking compassionate nurses who possess strong relationship building skills and enjoy going above and beyond for their patients.**Responsibilities:*** Phone Triage* Schedules emergent-need appointments.* Patient follow-up calls.* Patient education on particular procedures and processes.* Subject matter expert in respective specialty for hospital RNs in the units.* Regularly meets with other disciplines to share best practices on care treatments.* Care for patients with a long-term treatment process.# **Job Requirements**Applicable Experience:1 yearBasic Life Support - American Heart Association or Red Cross, ONS/ONCC Chemotherapy Immunotherapy Certificate - Oncology Nursing Certification Corporation, Registered Nurse - VariousAssociate Degree# **Job Details**Part TimeDay (United States of America)***The best place to get care.
