Regional Operations Manager - Substation Construction

Regional Operations Manager - Substation Construction

We are looking for a full time Regional Operations Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of substation construction and maintenance, as well as experience working with high voltage electrical equipment.

The primary responsibility of the Regional Operations Manager will be to oversee the day-to-day operations of our substation construction projects. This will include managing the project team, scheduling and coordinating work activities, and ensuring that projects are completed on time and within budget.

The Regional Operations Manager will also be responsible for developing and implementing safety procedures, as well as training and mentoring new employees.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field, as well as 10-20 years of experience in substation construction and maintenance. Experience working with high voltage electrical equipment is essential.
