Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and manage all aspects of property listings, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Collaborate with real estate agents to gather essential property details and prepare listings for market.
• Work closely with the marketing team to develop and execute effective listing strategies.
• Ensure all property listings are compliant with industry standards and company policies.
• Maintain organized records of all listing activities and communications.
• Facilitate communication between clients, agents, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth transactions.
• Monitor market trends and provide insights to enhance listing performance and client satisfaction.

Qualifications:

• Active Real Estate License (required).

• Experience in coordinating real estate listings, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.

• Ability to collaborate effectively with real estate agents and marketing teams.

• Proven track record of maintaining organized records and communications.

• Strong understanding of industry standards and compliance requirements.

• Ability to facilitate clear communication between clients, agents, and stakeholders.

• Experience in monitoring market trends and providing actionable insights.
