Full Opportunity Brief Title: Legal Counsel, Podcast Monetization Category: Jobs Organiser: Spotify Description: Spotify is seeking a Legal Counsel to support its podcast business unit. The successful candidate will partner with podcast and creator teams to provide guidance on monetization programs, draft and negotiate license agreements (including hosting platforms and ad-tech partners), and provide product counseling on new features to ensure regulatory compliance. The role involves managing commercial arrangements and synthesizing legal implications for Spotify's evolving technology stack. Eligibility: Applicants must be admitted to practice law in California or be qualified as Registered In-House Counsel in California. Candidates should have at least 5+ years of post-qualification experience in a law firm or in-house department, with specific experience in the podcast, digital audio, or media ecosystem.
