Summer 2027 Accounting Intern

Hendrickson is searching for an Accounting Intern for the Summer of 2027 at our Truck Divisional Headquarters in Woodridge, IL. This Individual Will Accounts Payable - Assist with processing incoming supplier invoices, coding, & entering. Accounts Receivable - Assist with daily customer invoicing & cash application. Fixed Asset Physical Inventory - Assist with on-going physical inventory of the fixed assets. Update federal ID numbers, remittance addresses, and tax classifications in the Customer & Supplier Master. Other duties as assigned. Qualifications Enrolled student working towards a bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting or related field. Minimum GPA 3.0/4.0. Ability to manage multiple projects and strong planning skills. Ability to meet and communicate with employees in a one on one and group setting. Self-motivated and willing to learn. Ability to handle confidential information professionally.Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, and Excel) is a must. Effective verbal and written skills mandatory. In accordance with applicable pay transparency laws, the salary range for this position is $20.00-23.00 per hour based on the student's grade classification. This pay range is provided to ensure transparency and compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.
