Job Title: Hand Builder Job Description

Join our team and contribute to the construction and assembly of wooden pallets. This role involves stacking wood, loading materials into machinery, and assembling parts to build pallets.

• Stack wood and load materials into machinery.
• Assemble all parts necessary to build wooden pallets.
• Utilize hand and air tools for construction tasks.

• Ability to stand for up to 10 hours per day.
• Capability to lift up to 75 pounds.
• Background in manufacturing or construction.
• Proficiency in using hand and air tools.
• Ability to read a tape measure.

• Experience in a fast-paced work environment.
• Basic carpentry skills.

Our brand new, semi-climate-controlled facility is equipped with state-of-the-art machinery and contractor accommodations. The dress code includes shorts or long work pants, steel toe boots, and provided safety gear like glasses, ear plugs, and gloves. The work hours are from 6 am to 2:30 pm, Monday through Friday, with the first day starting at 7 am.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of New Oxford, PA.

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $18.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
