Location: Wilmington, DE (Hybrid Thursday and Friday onsite)

We are looking for a Lead Backend Java Developer with 15 years of experience in Java development, Spring Boot, AWS, and API development. The candidate must have strong hands-on coding, system design, and technical leadership skills.
Required Skills- 15 years of overall IT experience.
- Strong Java and Spring Boot development experience.
- Expertise in building APIs from scratch.
- Hands-on AWS application deployment experience.
- Strong system design and code review skills.
- Experience identifying security vulnerabilities and coding issues.
- Ability to guide junior developers and provide technical leadership.
- Excellent communication skills.
