Job title: Backend Java Developer

Location: Wilmington, DE 100% Onsite
Experience: 5+ years preferred
Duration: Long-Term Contract with potential for Full-Time Conversion

Key Requirements:

Strong hands-on Java backend development experience
Application debugging, troubleshooting, and root cause analysis
Security vulnerability remediation
Dependency and framework upgrades
Feature enhancements and bug fixes
Understanding of networking concepts and protocols
JIRA experience for tracking and managing work items
Production support and issue resolution
Strong communication and organizational skills

Nice to Have:

Application security / secure coding
Monitoring and alerting tools
AI-assisted development tools
