Job Description San Diego District Manager Southern California- San Diego About the Opportunity We are conducting a confidential search for an experienced District Manager to oversee multiple high-volume Quick Service Restaurant locations in Southern California. The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys coaching restaurant teams, and has a strong track record of improving sales, profitability, and operational performance. Responsibilities Provide leadership and support for multiple restaurant locations. Coach, mentor, and develop General Managers to build strong leadership teams. Drive sales growth while managing labor, food cost, and overall profitability. Ensure consistent execution of company operating standards and brand expectations. Analyze financial reports and develop action plans to improve performance. Recruit, train, and retain high-performing restaurant leaders. Foster a culture focused on accountability, guest satisfaction, and employee engagement. Ensure compliance with all company policies, food safety, and health regulations. Partner with senior leadership to execute operational initiatives and strategic goals. Qualifications 3+ years of multi-unit restaurant management experience. Current or recent District Manager, Area Director, Area Coach, or equivalent leadership experience. Quick Service Restaurant experience required. Proven success leading multiple high-volume locations. Strong financial acumen with experience managing P&L performance. Demonstrated ability to develop and retain General Managers. Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills. Ability to travel throughout the assigned market.
