Responsibilities Greet guests warmly upon arrival and check them in efficiently using hotel management systems. Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints with professionalism and a positive attitude. Conduct nightly audit procedures to reconcile daily financial transactions, including billing and account adjustments. Monitor security cameras, perform safety checks around the property, and ensure the premises are secure throughout the night. Manage multi-line phone systems to assist guests and coordinate with other departments as needed. Prepare detailed shift reports, incident logs, and financial summaries to ensure accurate record-keeping. Support front desk operations by assisting with guest check-outs, reservations, and guest relations activities. Requirements Previous experience in hospitality management or hotel operations is preferred but not required; training will be provided. Strong customer service skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor. Bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus to better serve diverse guests. Excellent phone etiquette and experience handling multi-line phone systems. Ability to work overnight shifts in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Knowledge of hotel management software and basic accounting procedures is advantageous. Demonstrated ability to handle guest relations professionally and resolve issues promptly.
