Director, Sales Agent Contact Center

Are you a strategic contact center leader who thrives on building high-performing teams and driving measurable business results?

Globe Life is seeking a Director of Sales Agent Contact Center to lead the strategy and daily operations of our growing sales contact center. This leader will oversee managers, supervisors, workforce planning, compliance, and operational performance while optimizing a high-volume inbound and outbound lead transfer environment.

Desired Skills

7+ years of contact center leadership experience
Proven experience leading sales-focused call centers
Experience managing managers and large teams
Workforce planning and operational strategy
KPI development and performance management
Lead generation or live transfer experience preferred
Dialer optimization (Genesys, NICE, Five9, Verint or similar)
Budget management
Executive communication skills
Insurance or financial services experience preferred
Bachelor's degree preferred
