This leader will oversee managers, supervisors, workforce planning, compliance, and operational performance while optimizing a high-volume inbound and outbound lead transfer environment.

Desired Skills

• 7+ years of contact center leadership experience
• Proven experience leading sales-focused call centers
• Experience managing managers and large teams
• Workforce planning and operational strategy
• KPI development and performance management
• Lead generation or live transfer experience preferred
• Dialer optimization (Genesys, NICE, Five9, Verint or similar)
• Budget management
• Executive communication skills
• Insurance or financial services experience preferred
• Bachelor's degree preferred
