Associate Attorney

Requirements Active Georgia law license 0–5 years of experience in litigation, bankruptcy, or a related practice area Take‑charge attitude with the ability to manage cases and drive matters forward independently Strong written and verbal communication skills Solid academic credentials Enthusiasm for implementing new legal technology and tools Preferred Qualifications Experience in commercial litigation, creditors’ rights, real estate, or bankruptcy-related matters Experience with Chapter 7 and/or 11 bankruptcy matters Strong organizational skills and interest in developing systems and processes Duties Manage a diverse caseload of commercial litigation and bankruptcy matters Draft and file pleadings, motions, briefs, discovery, and proposed orders Communicate directly with clients regarding case status and strategy Appear at hearings and status conferences Supervise staff and ensure timely completion of case‑related tasks Compensation: $80,000–$120,000 reflecting base salary and performance bonuses—strong performers may exceed the stated range Health insurance reimbursement and additional benefits #J-18808-Ljbffr Keck Legal LLC
