Solar InstallerYou'll be part of a team that gets things done, works with purpose, and takes pride in the results. Your day-to-day responsibilities may include:Assist with the setup and installation of solar panels and related equipmentPrepare job sites by clearing debris and organizing materialsOperate tools and lifting equipment used in solar installationAssist with material inventory and job site logisticsFollow all safety protocols and proceduresTravel frequently to project sites, including overnight staysYou're someone who shows up ready to work hard, learn fast, and contribute to a team that takes pride in doing things right. Successful candidates typically bring:High school diploma or equivalentWillingness to travel extensively (up to 100%), including overnight staysValid driver's license with a safe driving recordAbility to pass a pre-employment drug screen and background checkSelf-starter and team playerExperience using hand and power tools a plusPay Range: $20–$35 per hour plus per diem, travel incentive opportunities, and overtime eligibility.
