Business Operations Analyst Senior | Hybrid

What You Do Design and conduct data collection, analysis, problem resolution and reporting for Operations to multiple team members across Allianz. Identify and recommend activities to support Operation(s) priorities. Design and manage results validation to ensure data completeness, accuracy and integrity. Provide work direction and mentor lower‑level analysts. Support more senior analysts and management with daily operations. Develop and recommend opportunities to improve process performance. Participate in special projects as assigned. Utilize artificial intelligence tools and resources (e.g., generative AI). What You Bring 4 or more years of relevant technical or business experience. Four‑year degree required or equivalent work experience. Legal authorization to work in the U.S. without requiring immigration sponsorship now or in the future. This includes holders of H‑1B, H4, L‑1, L‑2, TN, OPT, CPT, and other non‑immigrant visas. Job Posting Range : $58,000 – $86,000. The range is exclusive of company benefits or other compensation. This role may also qualify for an annual incentive program. Final base salary will be determined based on factors such as geographic location, experience, skills, competencies, and/or education.
