Dental Front Office Coordinator

Temporary Front Office Coordinator Advanced Dental Center / 4 days a week Schedule: Monday 8-5, Wednesday 7-4, Thursday 10-7, Friday 8-5 Compensation: $19-$24/hour Duration: September 18th, 2026 - February 1st, 2027 (5 month duration) Job responsibilities/duties:

- Answering incoming calls promptly and professionally
- Scheduling patient appointments efficiently
- Verifying insurance coverage for patients
- Collecting and managing patient balances accurately
- Overseeing patient health information securely
- Validating treatment plans' accuracy based on insurance benefits
- Ensuring a seamless patient experience throughout their visit from check in to check out
- Proficiency in dental patient management software such as Open Dental or Dentrix
- Previous experience working at the front desk of a dental office is preferred
- Bilingual (Spanish) Preferred
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
