HireLevel is hiring Aluminum/Steel /Galvanized MIG Welders in St. Charles, MO!

Recent pay increases and long-term opportunities available with  National Cart , a respected manufacturing leader.

National Cart specializes in designing and manufacturing material handling equipment, food service products, and store fixtures used by businesses ranging from local grocers to Fortune 500 companies.

Pay: $24 - $28.41 per hour (Based on shift & job)

Steel/GALV Welders:

• 1st Shift: $24/hr. | 2nd Shift: $25.50/hr. | 3rd Shift: $26/hr.

Aluminum Welders:

• 1st Shift: $26.41/hr. | 2nd Shift: $27.91/hr. | 3rd Shift: $28.41/hr.

Schedule

Monday – Friday

• 1st Shift: 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM

GALV Welders: Sunday - Thursday

• 1st Shift: 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM
• 3rd Shift: 10 PM - 6:30 AM

Responsibilities of Welder:

• Set up and operate MIG welding equipment to weld steel and galvanized materials.
• Perform welding in a safe, efficient, and quality-focused manner.
• Adjust welding machines as needed to maintain weld quality.
• Produce welds with minimal smoke, splatter, or defects.
• Read and interpret blueprints, welding symbols, and prints.
• Manufacture products using fixtures or welding tables when required.
• Use measuring tools such as tape measures, protractors, clamps, and hand tools.
• Maintain consistent production levels and quality standards.
• Communicate production issues to supervisors and team members.
• Follow all safety and manufacturing procedures.

Requirements of Welder:

• MIG welding experience required
• Previous manufacturing or fabrication experience preferred
• Ability to read blueprints and welding symbols
• Ability to work with hand and power tools
• Ability to stand or walk for up to 8 hours
• Ability to bend, stoop, kneel, crouch, and reach overhead
