We are currently hiring for Picker/Packer /Receiving and Sit-Down Forklift Job Title: Picker/Packer /Receiving and Sit-Down Forklift Pay Rate: $17 Schedule (Days and Time): 1st shift 7am-3:30pm Job Duties/Responsibilities

• Order Picking: Accurately select items from warehouse inventory based on customer orders or pick lists (often using an RF scanner or WMS).
• Packing and Shipping Preparation: Securely pack, label, and document items for shipment, ensuring quality and accuracy to prevent damage during transit.
• Receiving and Stocking: Unload incoming shipments manually or with equipment, verify items against invoices or manifests, report discrepancies, and store merchandise in designated locations.
• Forklift Operations: Safely operate a sit-down forklift (and potentially other equipment like pallet jacks or reach trucks) to move large or heavy materials, stack loads in storage bays, and load/unload trucks or trailers.

Job Requirements

• Prior experience in a warehouse or distribution center environment is typically preferred, along with specific experience operating a sit-down forklift.
• Sit-down Forklift Operator experience.
• The role is physically demanding, requiring the ability to stand, walk, bend, lift (often up to 50-70 lbs.), and carry items for extended periods.
• Strong detail-oriented skills are crucial to ensure order accuracy, correct labeling, and quality control.
