Commercial Cleaning Supervisor

Supervises Team Leads and/or Front Line Employees Basic Function Ensure that the cleaning specifications sold to clients are being fulfilled and that the work is completed on time and within budget—both labor and chemicals. This is a key role within the company and offers opportunities for advancement upon demonstrated performance. Major Responsibilities Manage Team Leads and/or Front Line Employees Supplement site inspections and follow‑up plans Manage labor budget in assigned areas Develop strategies to align operations when over budget Manage and evaluate time‑keeping system Schedule work loading for new and existing accounts Work with OP management team to deliver promised service to customers Collaborate with OP management and follow up on tasks generated by OP management (e.g., discussing poor inspection with an employee) Assist in building the management team as needs arise and budget allows, under the direction of OP Senior Management Report nightly via a written area manager report covering time, activities, and tasks performed/accomplished Attend weekly staff meetings, reporting tasks completed, remaining tasks, and solving problems with owners and the management team Oversee all aspects of managing the general operation of the business in the assigned area Work necessary hours to perform duties and any other required tasks for the success of the business Work a minimum of 40 hours per week; weeks can be up to 45 hours Earn performance‑based incentives (bonuses) based on KPI (Key Performance Indicators) Perform assigned cleaning hours regularly or as needed (if applicable) DNA of Area Manager Organized Team player Trustworthy/Credible Reports accurately Confident Effective Requirements Valid Driver's License & Auto Insurance Required experience: Management: 1 year Compensation: $14.00 - $18.00 per hour Office Pride Commercial Cleaning Services is one of the most respected full‑service janitorial and commercial cleaning companies in the nation.
