This is a temporary 3-month assignment supporting a new scope of work for the Cover VA project. The long-term intent is to transition these employees into a regular Cover VA training program once this project is completed.

?? BYOD (Bring Your Own Device) Requirements
Important Updates:
Candidates are required to sign the attached BYOD Attestation Form confirming they meet all equipment requirements, including:

?? Training Schedule & Attendance Expectations
Training Duration: 2 Weeks
Attendance is mandatory
No time off is permitted during training
Candidates should not have pre-scheduled appointments during the training period
Missed training time may result in termination
Candidates are expected to be on camera for the entire training and nesting period
Training hours are Monday–Friday (exact schedule to be provided once received)

Monday – Friday: 8:00 AM – 7:00 PM EST
Saturday: 9:00 AM – 12:00 PM EST
Shifts will be assigned after training is completed.

English/Spanish Bilingual CSR: $17.46/hour
Language fluency testing will be conducted by the agency.

The MAXIMUS Cover VA Contact Center provides healthcare services through organized systems of care focused on customer service and eligibility determination.
The Enrollment Center assists Virginia Medicaid and CHIP members by:
Providing information regarding managed care plans
Helping clients make informed decisions regarding their Medicaid benefits
Supporting eligibility and enrollment inquiries

?? Essential Duties & Responsibilities
Provide informed and objective responses regarding:
Eligibility guidelines and policies
Access to care concerns
Escalated issues
Handle inbound and outbound customer interactions
Process workflow documents, including:
Income verification
Identity verification
Other eligibility documentation
Learn and apply new policies and procedures related to state programs

? Minimum Qualifications
High School Diploma or GED
Minimum of 1 year of Customer Service experience
