The Role As a German-speaking Content Writer, you'll be responsible for creating and managing high-quality written content across the company's two betting brands. Working closely with SEO, CRM, Product and Acquisition teams, you'll produce content that attracts, engages and retains customers while supporting wider business objectives. This is a varied role that combines creative writing with data-driven optimisation, giving you the opportunity to influence content strategy across multiple channels. Key Responsibilities Write engaging, accurate and compelling German-language content for both brands. Produce SEO-optimised content including landing pages, betting guides, promotional pages, blogs and evergreen articles. Create CRM content including emails, push notifications and customer communications. Support product launches, promotions and major sporting events with relevant content. Ensure all content aligns with brand tone of voice and responsible gambling requirements. Optimise existing content based on SEO performance and user engagement data. Work closely with SEO, Marketing, CRM, Product and Design teams to deliver integrated campaigns. Proofread and edit content to ensure exceptional quality and consistency. Keep up to date with trends within sports betting, horse racing and the wider iGaming industry. About You We're looking for someone who combines excellent writing skills with commercial awareness and understands how content contributes to customer acquisition, engagement and retention. You'll ideally have: Native or fluent German language skills (essential). Good written and verbal English (desirable). Previous experience writing content within iGaming, sports betting or online gambling. Strong understanding of SEO principles and content optimisation. Excellent copywriting, editing and proofreading skills. The ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines. Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
