We're searching for a hands-on, mechanically minded Millwright who's ready to weld, fabricate, troubleshoot, repair, and conquer mechanical challenges in a fast-paced industrial environment.

What You'll Be Doing

Every day brings something different - and that's part of the fun.
You'll:

• Weld pipe and fabricate mechanical components
• Repair and maintain conveyor systems, gearboxes, bearings, and industrial machinery
• Troubleshoot mechanical issues like a pro
• Operate hand tools, power tools, torches, and heavy equipment
• Work with manlifts, telehandlers, and skid loaders
• Handle preventative maintenance, greasing, oil changes, inspections, and repairs
• Help keep production running safely and efficiently
• Work indoors, outdoors, at ground level, and occasionally high in the air

This is not a desk job - this is a get-things-done job.

What Makes You a Great Fit

You might be our next Millwright superstar if you:

• Love working with your hands
• Know your way around tools and machinery
• Can weld, fabricate, and troubleshoot confidently
• Stay cool under pressure
• Have strong mechanical instincts
• Believe safety always comes first
• Don't mind working hard and getting a little dirty

Qualifications:

• Experience as a Millwright or similar mechanical role
• Welding, fabrication, and pipe fitting experience
• Knowledge of conveyor systems, bearings, and gearboxes
• Experience with hand tools and power tools
• Ability to diagnose and solve mechanical issues
• Comfortable operating heavy equipment
• Ability to work at heights and in physically demanding environments
• Valid driver's license with clean driving record

Extra Awesome If You Have:

• Millwright or welding certifications
• Industrial or manufacturing experience

The Environment

This role keeps you moving. You'll work around heavy equipment and machinery in indoor and outdoor environments with exposure to weather, dust, heat, cold, and industrial conditions.

Physical demands include climbing, bending, lifting up to 90 pounds, and working from ladders, aerial lifts, and elevated platforms.

In other words - this isn't boring work.
