A Day in the Life

From the first piece off the line to the final pallet, you’re the steady hand behind consistent results:

• Start up, operate, and continuously monitor production equipment for smooth, efficient throughput.
• Conduct in-process and final quality checks to ensure every unit meets our standards.
• Assemble components following documented specs and work instructions.
• Keep your area clean, organized, and audit-ready—because safety and efficiency go hand-in-hand.
• Collaborate with your crew to meet hourly and daily production goals and timelines.
• Flag equipment issues or safety concerns immediately and partner with supervisors on fixes.
• Join training sessions to sharpen your skills and learn new processes and technologies.

What You Bring

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Hands-on experience in manufacturing or production is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and pride in quality workmanship.
• Team-first mindset with clear, positive communication.
• Curiosity and adaptability—eager to learn evolving methods and tools.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and remain on your feet for extended periods.
