Sales Supervisor

Location: Central Valley, NY (Woodbury Commons) An established international luxury fashion brand is seeking a Sales Supervisor to join its New York retail team. This role is ideal for a strong luxury seller who enjoys being client-facing while also taking on leadership responsibility, coaching the team, and supporting the day-to-day business. Key Responsibilities Lead by example on the sales floor, delivering exceptional service while driving individual and store sales goals. Build and maintain a strong client book through outreach, appointments, follow-up, and personalized styling. Support, motivate, and coach Sales Advisors to achieve KPIs and deliver a consistent luxury client experience. Act as a key point of leadership on the floor, helping manage daily priorities, floor coverage, and client needs. Support opening and closing procedures and act as Manager on Duty when required. Partner with store leadership on visual merchandising, inventory, loss prevention, and operational standards. Develop strong product knowledge across men’s and women’s ready-to-wear and accessories, confidently providing styling and wardrobe-building recommendations. Help create a collaborative, positive, and commercially focused store environment. Ideal Candidate 3+ years of experience in luxury or premium fashion retail, with previous supervisory, key-holder, or leadership experience preferred. Proven track record of achieving sales goals and KPIs. Strong clienteling skills with experience developing repeat and VIC business. Confident styling both men’s and women’s ready-to-wear. Strong communication and leadership skills with a hands-on approach. Passion for fashion, craftsmanship, personal style, and delivering highly personalized service.
