No roofing experience required. We provide professional training, ongoing coaching, and the resources you need to learn the industry and develop your sales skills.

What You’ll Do

• Generate new business through door-to-door prospecting, referrals, networking, and follow-up.
• Connect with homeowners and identify opportunities for roof inspections.
• Conduct roof inspections and help identify potential storm-related or general roofing damage.
• Educate homeowners on roofing systems, replacement options, and the restoration process.
• Present solutions, follow up with prospects, and help convert opportunities into signed contracts.
• Guide customers through the project process while maintaining clear and professional communication.
• Coordinate with production and operations teams to help ensure a smooth customer experience.
• Maintain accurate customer information, photos, and updates in the company CRM.
• Participate in team meetings, sales training, and performance reviews.
• Represent X Roofing & Restoration with professionalism, honesty, and integrity.

Expected annual earnings: $50,000–$150,000, based on performance, if supported by the company’s compensation plan and actual earning history.

Previous experience in outside sales, door-to-door sales, roofing, construction, solar, fitness, or other customer-facing roles is a plus, but not required.

Austin, TX and surrounding communities, including Round Rock, Pflugerville, Cedar Park, Georgetown, and nearby areas.

This is a field-based position requiring regular travel throughout the service area.
