The Front Desk/Night Audit position at Candlewood Suites - Louisville Fair/Expo offers an exciting opportunity to join our hospitality team in Louisville, KY. This role is essential in providing excellent customer service to our guests, ensuring smooth operations during the overnight shift, and accurately balancing financial transactions. The ideal candidate will be professional, detail-oriented, and capable of multitasking in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities- Greet and assist guests in a friendly and professional manner.
- Check guests in and out efficiently using the property management system.
- Perform night audit duties including reviewing and balancing daily financial transactions.
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve issues promptly and courteously.
- Maintain accurate records and reports of night audit operations.
- Ensure the lobby and front desk area are clean and welcoming.
- Coordinate with maintenance and housekeeping departments as needed.
- Previous experience in front desk operations or hospitality preferred.
- Basic knowledge of accounting and financial reconciliation.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work overnight shifts and weekends.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
- Proficiency with property management software is a plus.
