Our client, a leader in property management services, is seeking a dedicated and proactive Property Manager to join their team in Colorado Springs, CO. As a vital part of the property management department, you will support residents and ensure smooth daily operations. The ideal candidate will demonstrate excellent communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and a strong work ethic, aligning successfully with the organization's commitment to excellence and inclusivity.

Location: Colorado Springs, CO

Pay Range: $26

Shift: Monday - Friday, 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM with a half-hour lunch

What's the Job?

• Answering resident and client phone inquiries promptly and professionally
• Accepting and processing payments accurately and efficiently
• Assisting residents with general inquiries and concerns
• Supporting property operations and maintenance coordination
• Maintaining organized records and documentation for property management

What's Needed?

• Previous property management experience is required
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to handle multiple tasks with attention to detail
• Proficiency in basic office software and payment processing tools
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
