Operating Room Perioperative Clinical Nurse Educator will report to the Director of Perioperative Services while partnering closely with the OR Nurse Manager, PACU leadership, anesthesia colleagues, surgeons, and sterile processing leaders to deliver a comprehensive perioperative education strategy. Within this collaborative and friendly team of diverse nurses and interprofessional experts, the Operating Room Perioperative Clinical Nurse Educator will drive orientation and ongoing competencies, preceptor development, CNOR preparation, regulatory readiness, and continuous quality improvement across pre-op, intra-op, and post-anesthesia care, ensuring reliable, evidence-based surgical care and a supportive learning culture.
