HR Admin

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Human Resources Administrator to support daily HR operations. This role will assist with onboarding, employee records management, benefits administration, recruiting coordination, compliance, and general HR administrative functions. The ideal candidate is professional, highly organized, and able to handle confidential information with discretion. The responsibilities are aligned with internal HR administrative role guidance and HR generalist support documentation.

Responsibilities

• Maintain employee records and ensure data accuracy and confidentiality.
• Coordinate new hire onboarding, orientation, background checks, and I-9 documentation.
• Assist with benefits enrollment and employee inquiries.
• Schedule interviews and support recruiting activities.
• Process employee status changes and maintain HRIS records.
• Coordinate employee training, meetings, and company events.
• Support payroll and timekeeping administration.
• Assist with compliance reporting and HR audits.
• Respond to employee questions regarding policies and procedures.
• Provide administrative support to the HR team and management.

Qualifications

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
• 1-3 years of HR, administrative, or office support experience.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HRIS systems.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle sensitive information with professionalism and confidentiality.
• Knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices is a plus

Pay/Benefits:

• $28/hr - $34/hr depending on experience
• Benefit offerings include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits, and 401K plan. Our program provides employees the flexibility to choose the type of coverage that meets their individual needs. Available paid leave may include Paid Sick Leave, where required by law; any other paid leave required by Federal, State, or local law; and Holiday pay upon meeting eligibility criteria

Pay Details: $28.00 to $34.00 per hour
